Diagnostic Services

Diagnostic Services provides a free, comprehensive, interdisciplinary evaluation to determine eligibility for intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) services.  Various service options are offered through SMRC and through private providers within the community.  The evaluation identifies the presence of a developmental disability, determines the level of support needed for daily activities, and recommends available services.
