South Mississippi Regional Center

As an agency administered by the Mississippi Department of Mental Health’s, Bureau of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, South Mississippi Regional Center provides residential and in-home and community services to citizens with intellectual and other developmental disabilities who reside in Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, George, Pearl River and Stone counties. The mission and core values of the South Mississippi Regional Center emphasize the agency’s inherent responsibility for the satisfaction of the individuals we serve.

 

SMRC directs its services through three programs that work directly with the people we serve plus a program that provides administrative support for all of our activities.
